How to Track Your Order
- Check your email or SMS — Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
- Use the courier’s tracking portal — Enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to see the latest status and estimated delivery date.
- Contact us — If you haven’t received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 business days
- Other cities & towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
